Villa Pauletta - Split

I recently stayed at a beautiful villa with three friends and we absolutely loved it! The villa was clean and had everything we needed, including a private pool. Our host, Mladenka, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even organized a delicious barbecue and a private garden cinema experience for us. The villa was conveniently located, just a short walk from the center, and we were able to use a car provided by the villa to visit KrKa national park. Mladenka also recommended a fantastic restaurant for us. We can't wait to return!

I liked this place, everything was first-class. Paula was the best host ever. My bed was extremely comfy and had feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The bathroom with roll in showers was a bonus. It opened onto garden:)))

Spotlessly clean with interim clean. Cave pool heated upon request. Unique electric car and bicycles available. Daily breakfast provided. Well-manicured garden and seating areas. Short distance to central area. Wonderful hosts.

I recently stayed at a charming, homey accommodation in Split and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. They even offered us the use of a Fiat 500 car for a small fee, which was a huge help for exploring the area. The house itself had two spacious bedrooms, a lovely kitchen, and a small private indoor pool. The hosts paid attention to every detail, from setting the pool temperature to our liking to leaving snacks and drinks for us upon arrival. The house was also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and a market nearby. I highly recommend this accommodation for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The apartment with a terrace and garden views was absolutely amazing! The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The living room had a flat-screen TV on each floor, perfect for family movie nights. The kitchen was fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven, making meal preparation a breeze. We also loved the two bathrooms with showers, which was great for our large family. And can I just say, having a bathrobe provided was a luxurious touch that we really appreciated. The soundproofing in the apartment kept everything peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay to the fullest.

The only thing we found less appealing was the limited garden view from the terrace. But hey, that's just our personal preference.

The energy in this villa is incredible, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The hosts have gone above and beyond to create a comfortable and relaxing experience with top-notch renovations and all the amenities you could need. From being personally greeted and guided to the villa, to the thoughtful welcome basket and fresh flowers, every detail is taken care of. The cleanliness and regular cleaning service are impeccable. The unique cave pool can be heated to your preference, and the offer of an electric car and bicycles is a bonus. The daily breakfast is a delightful surprise, beautifully presented and customizable. The cozy seating areas and well-maintained garden provide ample space for relaxation. The location is conveniently close to the main central area of Split. an unforgettable experience that sets this rental property above the rest.

The location was perfect, in a quiet residential area but only a short walk to the old town. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and even offering a delicious breakfast each morning.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pauletta! The villa itself was beautiful and newly remodeled. The interior design was stylish and modern, making us feel right at home. Our favorite part was the small pool, a real treat for the kids. The location was perfect, just a short and safe 5-minute walk to the old town. But what really made our stay special was our host, Mladenka. She were really good too ensure we had a great time. From helping with directions and dinner suggestions to making reservations and even assisting with ferry schedules, she was accommodating and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better host. our experience at Villa Pauletta was fabulous and we highly recommend it!

More breakfast choices would have been nice, but everything else was perfect.
